GI-ANT
My involvement: part of a larger team of developers
A GIS-based platform for field data collection and office-based data processing
FeldApp was eventually replaced with GI-ANT at GEOTEST. This is a GIS environment for field data collection, consisting of a mixture of open source and custom front and back-end components. At present this system is still growing into a very capable and flexible data collection tool.
The images below are from my free-time GIS adventures, using some of the same open-source components as found in GI-ANT (data from WSL/SLF).
